AGE GROUPS:
Contestants competing must be in the following age groups: 10 - 30 years
Note: It is not necessary to provide a copy birth certificate at the time of entry; however we do suggest that these be on hand during the event day. Failure to provide accurate age, should a question arise, may result in disqualification.

TIME LIMITS:
You are requested to mail out two copies of performance CD with the entries. If you do not mail with the entry, all contestants must bring their songs on good quality CD. The time limit of performance: Each performance in Solo is up to two (2) minutes. Each performance in Group is up to three (3) minutes

CDs must have only one track up to 2 minutes for Singing and up to 3 minutes for Dance. Audio cassettes are not acceptable. The selections requested MUST be clearly labeled with the following: CONTESTANT NUMBER, TRACK NUMBER, for solos, CONTESTANT NAME, and for duet, groups THE NAME OF THE MUSIC. We do accept music on iPods. Please bring back up music as well. NO COACHING ALLOWED. Appropriate deduction will be taken by judges.

Incomplete routines may not compete a 2nd time unless interruption of routine was due to technical difficulties, or other necessity deemed appropriate by a FHNB New Starz™ Systems Director. The Director's decision is final.
A 15 second delay time will be allowed on all routines, any routines 16-30 seconds over the time limit will result in 1 point deduction. Any routine which runs 31 seconds or more over the time limit will be an additional 1 point deduction.
